Kokotam Studio is a sourcing and styling studio working with private clients and design professionals.

We curate furniture, lighting and objects across Europe, handling everything from procurement to delivery.

We take care of your furtnire, lighting and decor from start to finish. Through our network of European brands, artisans and antique dealers, we source unique pieces that reflect your vision - whether it is a single statement item or a complete FF&E package. Our team handles every detail, from vetting suppliers to negotiating terms, ensuring you receive the best quality and value.
For private clients, corporate hospitality groups and fellow design professionals, we provide a flexible, behind-the-scenes service. We can manage FF&E packages for one property or multiple homes, create mood boards and samples palettes, and coordinate with interior designers or architects on budgets and specifications. Our goal is to complement your creative directions by handling procurement and administrative tasks so you can focus on design.
Once selections are approved, we manage all ordering, consolidation and delivery across Europe. This includes coordinating lead times, tracking production, and arranging warehousing if needed, At installation, we oversee white-glove delivery, assembly and styling to ensure every piece is placed correctly and your project is completed seamlessly. We specialise in EU-wide coordination, so cross-border shipments and customs paperwork are handled without hassle.
